GOTCO Teambuilding 2024: Two Journeys, One Unforgettable Bond
On August 11, 2024, the GOTCO team embarked on a meaningful two-day, one-night teambuilding trip. This wasn’t just an opportunity to unwind and recharge after long days of hard work, but also a chance to strengthen the bonds within the GOTCO family, foster team spirit, and create unforgettable memories.
The trip began with eager anticipation. Upon arrival, we were greeted by warm sunlight and a long stretch of sandy beach. Most of the day was dedicated to beach games that not only provided entertainment but also required teamwork, coordination, and interaction among members.
The teams competed amidst roaring laughter, and the atmosphere was more lively than ever. Each game brought both humor and challenges, allowing us to understand one another’s personalities, strengths, and weaknesses. However, everyone gave their best, overcoming obstacles together and achieving success as one.
An emotional gala night
As the evening set in, the warm Gala night on August 11 brought a new wave of emotions to our trip. The Gala wasn’t just a time to rest after a day of activities, but also a moment for us to share joy, excitement, and the spirit of unity.
The dinner was filled with laughter and camaraderie as we enjoyed the meal together and participated in fun mini-games. Each game posed a small challenge, helping us come closer, breaking down barriers, and bridging gaps between departments.
The highlight of the evening came when the stage lights suddenly dimmed, giving way to the flashlights from the audience, all shining at once. In that moment, a birthday song echoed throughout the room, along with heartfelt emotions from everyone for the captain of GOTCO. It wasn’t just an ordinary birthday celebration; it was a time for us to express our deep respect for the leader who has guided GOTCO to its current success.
Following the meaningful birthday wishes, the evening continued with insightful reflections from different departments. The final day of the trip allowed us to enjoy the beauty of nature, breathe in the fresh air, and bid farewell to the beautiful beach. Although the trip lasted only two days, the experiences and lessons we gained will remain in our hearts for a long time.
The teambuilding trip wasn’t just a fun getaway; it was a stepping stone for the GOTCO team to become stronger and more united. Another memorable experience in Ha Long
While the Ho Chi Minh office team was enjoying their break in Long Hai, the members of our Hai Phong service station had an equally memorable trip to Ha Long Bay — one of Vietnam’s most famous natural wonders. Surrounded by the majestic landscapes of Ha Long Bay, the team enjoyed moments of complete relaxation, embraced the natural beauty, and participated in valuable teambuilding activities.
The trip to Ha Long not only brought joy but also provided an opportunity for the Hai Phong service team to strengthen their bonds and build deeper relationships.
At the end of the journey, we brought back not just beautiful memories but also renewed determination and enthusiasm to sail the GOTCO ship towards a world of “Safety and Prosperity.” The experiences gained during this trip not only helped us relax but also reinforced the strength of teamwork as we continue to build a stronger, more united GOTCO.
