Nghi Son Cement Corporation (NSCC) is a joint venture between Vietnam Cement Corporation (Vicem) and two Japanese multinational corporations, namely Taiheiyo Cement (TCC) and Mitsubishi Materials (MMC), The company was established on April 11, 1995. In July 2000, Vietnamese and Japanese officials and employees brought the largest Japanese investment project in Vietnam, including the Main Plant in Thanh Hoa Province and the Distribution Station in Ho Chi Minh City. together with the sales system officially went into production and business activities.
In 2007, the second production line of the Main Factory and the Distribution Station in Khanh Hoa province was started construction. In April 2010, the second production line was officially completed, bringing the total capacity of the main factory to 4.3 million tons / year..
