WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Due to the need for expansion and development, GREEN OCEAN TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICE Co., Ltd (GOTCO) is looking to recruit the Warehouse Manager position, with specific information as follows:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Carry out import and export procedures
  • Check the documents required to import/export goods in accordance with regulations
  • Perform import and export of goods for related individuals
  • Receive delivery documents, request goods to be shipped, save and transfer to purchasing or accounting department as required
  • Monitor import and export goods Write goods received note and goods delivery note
  • Directly input the goods delivery note into the system
  • Keep track of daily stock in and out and compare with minimum stock levels
  • Minimum inventory tracking Ensure all goods have a minimum inventory level
  • If the quantity of imported/exported goods fluctuates, the employee must propose to the Director to change the minimum inventory level accordingly
  • Keep track of minimum stock quantity daily
  • Executing warehouse order procedures
    • Make purchase requisitions or import orders periodically according to the plan
    • Follow up on the import process, and urge the purchase
    • Directly carry out purchase procedures and track the import of goods
  • Arrange goods in the warehouse
    • Directly arrange the goods in the warehouse
    • Arrange goods to avoid getting wet, or broken…
    • Make a warehouse map and update the warehouse map when goods arise
  • Ensure standard goods in the warehouse
    • Arrange the goods in the warehouse strictly according to the manufacturer’s instructions
    • For perishable goods, they must be managed according to the principle of First In First Out (FIFO)
  • Comply with regulations on fire prevention and fighting and safety in the warehouse
    • Absolutely ensure fire safety rules in the warehouse
    • Periodically check the shelves every month to avoid broken shelves…

STANDARD REQUIRED

1. Qualification:

  • Graduated from College, University or above and major: Economics, Finance, Banking, Business…
  • Languages: The ability to understand and communicate in English is an advantage
  • Computer: Proficient in the use of office software applications

2. Knowledge:

  • Have general knowledge of warehouse management, goods arrangement
  • Knowledge of marine products and services
  • Proactively respond to changes in policies, processes, and regulations to achieve goals

3. Skills/Ability:

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically; logical analysis
  • Computer skills and ability to work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other similar software, e-mail, and the Internet
  • Able to manage high pressure
  • Strong leadership and influence skills
  • Skills in recruiting / training / coaching / motivating employees and partners
  • Positive thinking, accepting challenges, progressive, ambitious, and dynamic
