GENERAL ACCOUNTING
RECRUITMENT FOR GENERAL ACCOUNTANT STAFF
Due to the need for expansion and development GREEN OCEAN TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICE Co., Ltd (GOTCO) is in need of recruiting general accountant staff positions, specifically as follows:
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Accounting plan
Make an allocation table of short-term, and long-term prepaid expenses, instruments, tools, etc. to account for the allocations.
Calculate and depreciate fixed assets. Accounting for depreciation of fixed assets
Calculating salary and insurance expenses.
Reviewing and making pre-deducted entries for revenue and expenses in accordance with the nature of economic operations
Make amortization and carryover entries before closing the accounting period
Professional support for operational accounting
Some tasks as assigned by the department head.
2. Accounting Report
Write business (P&L) by business channel, business geographical location, industry
Prepare actual cost analysis reports by cost elements
Sales report
Make recommendations (if any) on the content and methods of reporting or reports that need to be further developed to serve the analysis of the business situation.
3. Support internal control
Support Control, evaluate, and check data flow on ERP system
Support to check and report the compliance with the processes of the departments
Perform other financial inspections and supervision as required
4. Requirement
Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Over 3 years of experience in tax accounting – general accounting.
Having accounting professional capacity, ability to synthesize and master the accounting regime.
Mastering and having in-depth knowledge of accounting expertise, legal regulations related to the field of Accounting and Taxation;
Proficient in office computers and accounting software
Careful, honest, enthusiastic.
