Due to the need for expansion and development, GREEN OCEAN TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICE COMPANY (GOTCO) needs to recruit many sales staff positions. As follows:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Organize and receive information, and update records, contracts with customers, and suppliers
  • Monitor progress of contracts/agreements, payments of customers and suppliers, report issues related to contract procedures, and progress of issuing VAT invoices (in conjunction with Accounting Department)
  • Support to handle documents and papers, records, contracts, correspondence… of customers, suppliers as well as departments
  • Make quotation sheet, send quotation to the customer. Advising on promotions and sales for customers
  • Drafting a contract after the customer has agreed on the basic, transfer it to the Head of Department for comments on the contract terms.
  • Prepare contract signing procedures, and transfer the signed original to the accounting department to keep
  • Implement periodic sales planning and reporting mode with direct management
  • Support internal work in the Sales department
  • Other related tasks as assigned by management and superiors
  • Take 100% responsibility for the work you have been doing

STANDARD REQUIRED

  • Graduated in Business Administration with at least 2 years of experience in sales
  • Interested, and passionate about learning about products and services in the maritime industry
  • Gender: not required
  • Proficient in the use of office computers, social networks, and work-related software
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good attitude, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn and progress, hardworking, agile, dynamic
  • Careful, meticulous, highly disciplined, accept business trips (when required); Good cooperation, working with a team
  • Good English skills (listening/speaking/reading/writing)

  • Format: full-time fixed
  • Work Location: 389 Dao Tri, Phu Thuan Ward, District 7, HCMC Working time: from Monday to Saturday (from 8:00 to 17:30)
