Song Thu Corporation

Song Thu Corporation is under the General Department of Defense Industry – Ministry of National Defense of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The Corporation is not only responsible for manufacturing and trading in defense products, all kinds of tugboats, rescue and rescue boats, patrol boats, marine survey and survey ships, oil spill response ships, etc.. .but also signed cooperation with countries around the world to produce and export. In recent years, the Company has built and exported to the European market two series of tugboats – ASD, fast crew supply ship for drilling rigs – FCS, high-speed patrol boat SPa, and construction ship TSHD2000. ..
With the achievements in the past years, Song Thu Industrial Park was awarded the 3rd Class Labor Medal by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; The Prime Minister presented emulation flags and the Ministry of Defense awarded many certificates of merit to the employees, individuals, and leaders of the Company.
In addition, the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, and the Center for Research and Application Development of Vietnamese Brands have also considered and awarded the “Green Development Brand” award, contributing to environmental protection, building and well operate environmental treatment works, having a good education, training, and propaganda programs in the company’s environment and society.
In 2009, the Company was one of 37 large manufacturing enterprises awarded the National Quality Silver Award according to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 62/QD-TTG dated 13/01/2010.
