Quarter III Planning: Embracing change, moving forward together

Admin 30/07/2025

On July 29, 2025, the GOTCO team came together for our Quarter III Planning Session – a meaningful milestone to reflect on past efforts, realign strategies, and prepare for the road ahead.

The session began with a warm welcome to new team members who joined GOTCO in Q2 and early July. Their arrival not only strengthens our workforce but also brings fresh energy and momentum to our journey. We also celebrated birthdays from Q2 and Q3 – a small but heartfelt gesture to honor the individuals who shape our shared path.

Each department presented their performance review for Quarter II. The achievements were clear and measurable, while the challenges identified helped us focus our efforts for improvement. More importantly, each team outlined specific goals for Quarter III – targets rooted in innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

A key highlight of this session was the announcement of organizational structure updates. In a time where business landscapes are shifting rapidly – from evolving tax regulations to ESG demands and changing customer behaviors – restructuring is essential. It enables us to become more agile, effective, and ready to meet the future.

We were also honored to have the presence of our partners from ActionCoach. Coach Anna Hằng’s session on “Change Management” left a strong impression. Her insights went beyond strategy, offering both the organization and each individual tools to embrace transformation. In today’s ever-changing world, the ability to understand and lead change is no longer optional – it’s essential.

Our leadership team took time to listen to each department’s updates and provided strategic feedback, paving the way for clearer direction and execution in the coming months.

This planning session was more than just a meeting. It was a space to reconnect, reignite shared purpose, and strengthen our momentum. GOTCO is moving forward – with clarity, resilience, and a firm belief in the power of collective growth.
